I am a former senior HR Executive, a certified Executive and Professional Coach, trained Facilitator and HR Business Consultant.

HR Business Executive

With over 25 years of HR leadership experience and a proven track record for building strong, diverse teams that deliver results, I have been instrumental in developing leaders in top organizations. I began my HR career at Esso in Vancouver then spent 15 years with GE providing HR leadership for several GE/GE Capital businesses in both Canada and the U.S. I later joined CIBC in Toronto as VP of HR Client Services, then became SVP HR and Communications at Symcor before joining Purolator as SVP & CHRO, after which I started my own business in Mississauga, Ontario.

Certified Coach (CEC & PCC)

I am a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) with a Professional Coach credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also a Mentor Coach to individuals developing their coaching skills and capabilities. I coach individuals, leaders and teams to help them maximize their potential for success.

Education and other Achievements

I completed my BA Honours (Economics) and Master of Industrial Relations at Queen's University in Kingston ON, as well as the graduate level Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University in Victoria BC. In addition, I received several awards while at GE, including two GE Capital Pinnacle Awards for top global performance. I am also a trained Executive Facilitator and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
