I leverage  the ICF Coaching Competency framework,  and will support you as a thought partner, co-strategist and sounding board. I also customize my approach to fit you and your organization's unique needs, across an array of coaching formats that include 1-1, executive, team and mentorship coaching.

Some areas where I can partner with you and your leadership team include: aligning HR strategy with business priorities; improving organization and team effectiveness; and change management strategies.

Opportunities abound when leaders and employees come together to think, strategize and problem-solve. A skillful facilitator can get the best out of your people and the time they spend together. I assist by leading the process design and facilitating events such as: business planning sessions; team meetings; and employee focus groups.
